Interior Designer

Handyman
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations for interior renovations, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixture setups. Assist with site prep, furniture assembly, and small-scale structural modifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
- Experience in handyman work, especially interior renovations.
- Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixture installations.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Construction Coordinator
We need a Construction Coordinator to manage on-site operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed according to the project plan. You will oversee contractors and tradespeople, address issues promptly, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Experience in construction management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Procurement and Supplier Specialist

- Experience in smart technology installation and integration.
- Knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) systems and protocols.
- Proficiency in networking and automation software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Sustainability Consultant
Guide clients in eco-friendly practices and sustainable material selection. Conduct energy audits and assist in achieving green certifications like LEED.
- Experience in sustainability consulting and knowledge of green certifications (LEED, BREEAM).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact reduction.
Driver
We are looking for a reliable Driver to transport materials and equipment to project sites, ensuring timely deliveries. Coordinate with Procurement to pick up orders, assist in loading/unloading, and maintain inventory records. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues as needed.
- Experience in transportation, preferably in construction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to safely handle materials and operate vehicles.
